Broken Teeth

Description: Dental fractures commonly occur with falls, sports activities, and trauma such as an auto collision. While most fractures are visible, others may not be as obvious and will need prompt attention from a qualified dental professional as well.

Solutions: Depending on the extent of the fracture, options may include dental bonding, porcelain veneers, or porcelain crowns if the nerve has not been affected and the tooth can still be saved.  More extensive fractures may require root canal treatments or even extraction and replacement of the tooth with an implant or a porcelain bridge.
